Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Personalised pieces may require additional time. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched .

Delivery Times & Charges

• Domestic orders: We offer free shipping within India on orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will apply. Standard delivery times are 4–7 business days depending on your location.
  

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can monitor the delivery status in real time . If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team and we will assist.

Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packaged in branded boxes with anti‑tarnish protection to ensure it arrives safely. If your parcel appears tampered with upon delivery, please refuse it and contact us within 48 hours.
